Terms & Conditions

By purchasing coaching services or digital products from Wayfinder Money, you agree to the following:

Coaching Services

Coaching is designed to give you accurate and authoritative information with regard to the subject matter covered. I am not authorized to render legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Since your situation is fact-dependent, you must additionally seek the services of an appropriate licensed legal, accounting, or investment service. You remain solely responsible for all financial decisions you make.

Confidentiality

I will keep all matters discussed completely confidential. This includes, but is not limited to facts revealed, the nature and content of all documents you provide to me, or those that we generate. I will reveal such matters only upon receipt of a written authorization and

clear, verifiable instructions from you telling me exactly what may be revealed.

Services

I assume the responsibility of understanding and evaluating your current needs, goals, and resources in order to develop a strategy to meet your objectives. However, in order to make your plan work, I expect that you will come prepared to take the steps necessary to succeed, take full responsibility for your plan and its implementation, and contact me when you need additional advice and direction.

Coaching Fee and Refund Policy

Coaching fees will be paid according to the agreed upon plan and is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds for

coaching services are not offered as this is a fee-for-time service. It is promised that you will get out of the coaching session what you put into it. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments ("no-shows") are considered completed sessions and are not eligible for a refund.

Digital products, downloads, templates, and memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you believe a purchase was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at matt.wayfindermoney@gmail.com, and we'll review your request individually.

Scheduling and Formwork

I understand that your time and resources are extremely valuable, so I ask

that you honor your scheduled appointment time. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conference.

You are asked to complete preliminary forms to better prepare your coach. We ask that these forms be filled out to the very best of your knowledge and ability prior to your scheduled appointment. You assume all responsibility for providing accurate and complete materials, documentation, and facts upon which our coaching may be based.

Fulfillment Policy

This business provides digital products and financial coaching services.

  • Coaching clients will receive scheduling instructions and/or access information via email after purchase.

  • Digital products are delivered electronically immediately or shortly after purchase through download links or member access.

  • No physical products are shipped unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • If you experience issues accessing your purchase, contact us at matt.wayfindermoney@gmail.com.

Intellectual Property

All worksheets, templates, videos, downloads, and coaching materials remain the intellectual property of Wayfinder Money, LLC.

Materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes or investment performance.

By using our services, you agree that Wayfinder Money will not be liable for losses arising from decisions made based on coaching discussions or educational materials.

Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy.

Information you provide—including your name, email address, payment information, and any information shared during coaching—is used only to:

  • provide coaching services

  • process payments

  • communicate with you

  • improve our services

  • send emails you've opted in to receive

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers and is never stored directly by us.

We do not sell your personal information.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at matt.wayfindermoney@gmail.com.
